I forgot my password! How do I log in?

Go to http://dormnoise.com and click the "Forgot Password" link under the "Sign In" button. Follow the instructions and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my password?

At this time, you must email a request to change your password to support@dormnoise.com. In the email, please include your name, the .edu email address you used to register, and your new desired password.

Can I view the Campus Pages of other schools?

No, the Campus Page is exclusive to the students who attend the given school. For example, students at the University of Florida cannot access the University of Pennsylvania Campus Page; they can only access the University of Florida Campus Page.

How do I add an event to a DormNoise Student Group Calendar?

Only Student Group Leaders can add events to DormNoise Student Group Calendars. They can do so by clicking the "Create New Event" button on the Student Group Calendar.

Only Student Group Leaders can add events to the Campus Calendar because all events on the Campus Calendar are hosted by DormNoise Student Groups. They can do so by clicking the "Create New Event" button on the Campus Calendar.

You can do this by navigating to the Event Page of a Personal, Student Group, or Campus Event of interest and clicking the green "Add to My Calendar" button. Note, if you RSVP "Attending" or "Maybe Attending" the Event will automatically be added to your Personal Calendar. *If you are the creator of a Personal, Student Group, or Campus Event, the Event is automatically added to your Personal Calendar*

How do I create a DormNoise Student Group?

DormNoise Student Groups are designed for college student groups and any DormNoise member can create one. To create a DormNoise Student Group, click the "Create Student Group" button on the Home Screen on in the Student Groups section.

What is the difference between an Open Student Group and a Private Student Group?

Any DormNoise member can view the Student Group Page and join an Open Student Group. Only DormNoise members invited by the Student Group Leaders or who request to join and are then given approval from the Student Group Leaders can view the Student Group Page and join a Private Student Group.

What is the difference between an Open Student Group Event and a Private Student Group Event?

Open Student Group Events are added to both the Student Group Calendar and the Campus Calendar; Private Student Group Events are added to the Student Group Calendar only. Anyone can send Event Invitations to Open Student Group Events, but only Student Group Leaders can send Event Invitations to Private Student Group Events.

Who can view the Event Page of an Open Student Group Event?

All Student Group members, Campus members, and others invited by the Student Group Leaders can view the Event Page of an Open Student Group Event.

How do I turn email notifications off?

You can turn email notifications off by clicking Preferences at the top right of the screen. Then click on the Account Options tab and uncheck the relevant boxes at the bottom of the screen.

Why don't I receive DormNoise email notifications?
